Returning Your Item
For your convenience, we include a pre-printed return address label with your order. Once we receive your package, we will promptly refund your credit card or NANI account. We will notify you via e-mail once your return has been processed. Please note that your financial institution will likely take approximately 7 business days to reflect this transaction.
How to return your item
 Pack your merchandise in the original shipping box.
If you wish to expedite your return, please call Customer Service at 1.888.357-5414 prior to shipment. We will process your return and issue you a Return number.
Complete the Return and Exchange Policy form. Please write the Return number in the upper right-hand corner of the form, along with the return reason number in the "REASON RTN'D column. Include this form inside the box.
Detach the right-hand portion of the pre-printed return address label. Remove the peel-off backing and affix this portion to the shipping box over the original shipping label.
Insure your package for the full value of the merchandise and return it to us using the delivery service of your choice. For speed and security, we recommend UPS.
Check your e-mail. We will notify you via e-mail once your return has been processed.
Exchanging Your Item
Please call Customer Service at 1.888. 357-5414 to arrange for an exchange.
Once we receive your item for exchange, we will send your new order by UPS at no additional cost. You will receive an e-mail containing the shipment tracking number when your new order is shipped.
Returning a gift
If you are returning a gift, please call Customer Service at 1.888. 357-5414. We can either credit your NANI account or we can refund the credit card used by the purchaser.
FRAUD PROTECTION GUARANTEE
If a third party obtains your information from a purchase made with us and utilizes that information to perpetrate credit-card fraud, you are protected. Under the Fair Credit Billing Act, your bank cannot hold you liable for more than $50.00 of fraudulent charges. If your bank does hold you liable for any portion of this amount, NANI will cover up to the entire $50.00, as long as the unauthorized use resulted through no fault of your own from purchases made via our secure server.
In the event of unauthorized use of your credit card, you must notify your credit card company in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.
